We typically respond within 1–2 business days. For urgent billing issues related to your App Store or Google Play subscription, please contact Apple or Google support directly as we do not have access to payment information.

Frequently asked questions

My subscription isn't showing as active in the app

Open the app and go to Settings → Restore Purchases. If the issue persists, make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used to purchase. Contact support@whatcat.app with your order number if the problem continues.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email privacy@whatcat.app with the subject "Delete my data" and we will process your request within 30 days. On-device data (cat profiles, health logs, chat history) is deleted immediately when you uninstall the app.

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. On iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions and cancel from there. On Android, open the Google Play Store → Subscriptions. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

I found a bug or the app is crashing — what should I include?

Please email support@whatcat.app with your device model, iOS/Android version, app version (visible in Settings → About), and a description of what happened. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful.

Can I request a new breed or feature?

Absolutely! We love hearing what our users want. Email support@whatcat.app with your idea. Breed requests should include the breed name and country of origin — we'll do the research from there.
